When i send my boyfriend a text message he is not recieving them, and i just paid over half of the bill. i can send them but it is not showing he is recieving them. help
Is he a Verizon subsciber? If not, you will not receive notice.

Maybe since you only paid half the bill, the message was only sent half way to your boyfriend. I find it best to pay the entire bill to insure my cell phone services are valid.
