VERIZON ONLINE TEXT IS NOT WORKING. PLEASE HELP & THANK YOU
You might describe your scenario and issue, e.g. what device/OS/browser are you using and/or what are you seeing that isn't working? There have been recent postings (and older postings) of Message+ texting issues, both online/web and app/desktop.
Maybe the problem is so many people working from home? System might be overloaded. My messages appear then disappear, then reappear.
There have been many threads over the last year, way before this pandemic issue, about Verizon Message+ issues, including those with sync'ing between devices. Suspicion was there were server/software issues and certainly, if so, then maybe added load now is aggravating the cause.
