TEXT TO EMAIL MESSAGES DELAYED OR RETURNED WITH ERROR 4.4.2

For a while now, I've gone through periods where texts from my cellphone to my AOL based (@verizon.net) email account are sometimes delayed or never delivered. Usually occurs when I'm forwarding a text rather than an original. Doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it's pretty consistent problem for a while. Lately however, I've been getting Mailer-Daemon failed delivery text notifications indicating 'Status: 4.4.2 and Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with ms-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net[IP address may vary] while sending RCPT TO (intended @verizon.net recipient email address)'. Message is coming from twbgohaavzwvcmta-c-nk-x-00-mms-01.vtext.com so would appear to be generated by VZ Wireless not AOL. In some cases, the recent notifications  seem may be delayed as I have no recollection of anything recent having been sent prior to the Mailer-Daemon notifications. Anyone know how to resolve this? I have reported to VZ Customer Support and have an open ticket but I don't think anyone is taking this seriously as the only responses I get back are bot replies asking for more info but I've already provided them with copies of the texts and full description of the problem. Thanks.

Well, after about 3 weeks of problems, countless online chats with VZ, submission of the MAILER-DAEMON info to multiple people, numerous failed attempts to resolve including creation of a new @aol.com email account due to a belief that the legacy @Anonymous.net email accounts were the problem which the new @aol.com account ended up being equally problematic, escalation of the VZ support ticket, etc., problem seems to have disappeared. Along the way, I had to purchase an AOL support plan in order to speak to anyone at AOL which the first time didn't go well because all AOL could tell me is that they no longer supported receiving text messages to email accounts. How they would ever know I can fathom because the messages come through as from an email account address. Then they also couldn't provide me anything in writing as to this supposed policy plus couldn't answer why doing the same thing to an @gmail.com email address was flawless, i.e. their competitor has no problems. Nor why when on the call with them, I could get 2 out of 5 sent tests text to email messages to get through to my @Anonymous.net  email address if this supposed policy were in effect. So after after a few days of not hearing anything from VZ on the status of the escalated support ticket, I contacted them by telephone and eventually got routed to a higher tier. The VZ tech wanted to get a three way call with AOL's tech support in order to sort this out which would be the logical way of getting to the root of whether this is a VZ sending issue , an AOL receiving problem,  or some other issue involving the internet world. Well, AOL refused to engage in a three way call involving a VZ support tech stating it posed a security threat or some such garbage so the VZ tech dropped off and indicated she'd try claling me back later after I'd tried again working through things with AOL. Well, the first thing was that the AOL folks couldn't comprehend the concept of sending a text message to an email address so I new I wasn't going to get this resolved by them and the paid support plan was garbage. They then kept wanting me to add my @Anonymous.net account as a mail account to my phone despite me trying to explain to them receiving or doing mail on my phone was not the issue but my sending text messages to any @Anonymous.net or @aol.com email account was and adding my @Anonymous.net email account to my phone was not solving the problem. Then they postulated that because I'm using an Android phone, gmail was the issue to which I countered for the millionth time that the MAILER-DAEMON messages clearly identified the vtext.com and AOL albeit yahoodns.net servers in play with no mention of gmail or google in between. Not to mention that the problem existed regardless of whether sent by Google Messages, Samsung Messages, or Verizon Messages+. Plus, the same problems occur when sending texts to @Anonymous.net email accounts using my wife's Apple iPhone XR which doesn't involve anything with gmail. Silence and then more hold time as they tried to pull ideas of of thin air. But while on hold, I decided to once again try some tests and to my absolute amazement, every text to @Anonymous.net  address worked and at the risk of jinxing myself, continue to do so. While tied up with AOL, I think the VZ folks tried unsuccessfully getting ahold of me but soon thereafter I got VZ updates indicating the support ticket had been closed with no explanation as to resolution. I've since compared server details from the MAILER-DAEMON messages to the internet headers of since successfully received @Anonymous.net email sent from my phone messaging apps and it appears a very subtle change in vtext.com server info may have been made but seems like I'll never know for sure. Since then, I've cancelled the AOL paid support because they obviously are not equipped or capable of providing the support they claim to and I'm not interested in furthering their mediocracy. I've also deleted the @aol.com email account I had to set-up for testing because wile I thought I could make good use of it, AOL's problematic App Password Generator required to be able to use a third party mail client like Outlook continues to flaky and unable to generator an app password unless the phases of the moon are aligned in perfect harmony. I'm sticking with gmail from now on and pray that Google and AOL/Yahoo never decide to join forces unless Google is on control of everything.
