Im so frustrated with Verizon customer service. They seem to ignore your needs once they sell a phone to you.
i went to 2 Verizon stores in Flagstaff Az asking begging them to help me with my app (im elderly). They said they are only a sales store!! Really, i cant get support face to face? This is so wrong and terrible for older people. You make it clear you are not interested in supportting your customers; i am stuck on hold for 30plus minutes, or im disconnected. So, thought going in person would of course be the solution. Nope, 2-3 young people standing around waiting to sell phones but are not approved to help me? Cmon! They could easily have helped me. Now i cant even get Verizon to answer the phone to cancel my account. The automated questions get you no where! Worst customer service anywhere and Verizon couldnt care less. Really infuriating!!!’
