I am 20 and an add-on to my father's cell phone plan. Shared minutes, but my own texting and data plan. It's all through his name, however. Can he request text message transcripts from my phone and receive them?

Not unless he has a search warrant. And even then, text message content is retained an average of three to five days, but never more than ten days from the date/time the message is delivered.

No he can't without a court order. He can, however, ask to see your phone and if you refuse, he has the authority to block ALL texts to/from your phone. The phone/plan is in his name and he has the authority to suspend service to the line if you do not follow his conditions.
