I've seen several people say that they can view the contact of a text message while viewing the online bill and such. They say at the end of the line stating to/from/time/etc. that there is a scroll that you can click on for the actual text. On my bill though, there is no such thing, how can I get my overview to include the content of these messages?

Hi there,
[edit] You can't get the content of text messages unless you have a court order for them. [edit]
Hope this helps!!

Every one asks this and everyone claims this but I have seen nothing to back it up so who ever told you this is wrong or have them show you how to do it if it can be done and let us know. Someone claimed on sprint you could read text messages online from the phones but I see it as an invasion of privacy. Mary

I was wondering the same. I broke my phone a few days ago and it still goes off every time I receive a message, but the touchscreen is broken so I am unable to see them..just wondering if there is anywhere I can look online or anything to check these messages?

there is not. i would suggest finding an old phone, or a friend with an old phone, and activating it, until you get yours fixed or a replacement. just be careful if you have an unlimited data plan because if you activate a basic phone on that line, they will drop your data plan and you could lose your unlimited data.

I am in the same boat! Screen does not work but I hear the txt msg alert and I can receive calls. Verizon really should have an option for this situation.
If I were to get a new phone, will I get the txt messages from my old phone? I don't think so...
