Hi
I've been using Message+ on my iPad for several years, to create, send and receive text messages. On my Galaxy S22 I have had Google Messages as my default text message app, but also have Message+ on there and occasionally switch back to that. Usually there has been no problems with the messages being in synch.
A couple days ago, I got a "new" refurbished unlocked Galaxy S22 to replace the S22 I had bought new from Verizon earlier in 2022. It's not a Verizon-branded phone, but it was unlocked. I activated it easily with no issues, putting the sim card in there from my previous phone.
Since then, although I can send and receive text messages in either Message+ or Google Messages on my S22, I cannot get text messages to synch between my iPad and my S22 phone. If I write anything on the iPad it doesn't get sent (doesn't show an error, either). If I receive a text on my S22 it doesn't show on my iPad.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on my iPad and S22 a few times, but no luck. Each time I followed the prompts on my iPad to read the QR code generated by my S22 to validate may account, and it did so quickly.
Any ideas on what I can do to get this fixed would be appreciated, it's been very convenient to be able to text from my iPad on Message+.
Thanks.
