We've checked our server IP address on all blacklists that we know of and are not listed anywhere.  Is it possible we are on an internal Verizon blacklist?  We've not had any issues with this until yesterday afternoon.

Please let me know how we can get this issues resolved as we use this extensively to communicate with our contractors.

Hey keithduke, we certainly understand the importance of being able to reach your contractors reliably. Vtext.com is certainly a nice tool, but it's intended for consumer use only and not business. We do offer solutions for business that can help accommodate sending messages out like this. If you have a business account with us, you can contact our Business Support team at 800-922-0204 and they can help with an enterprise messaging solution.

The issue is we have contractors on a variety of cell providers networks and would have to integrate to each individually.  We've had absolutely no issues sending e-mails through the messaging gateways for years now, up until this issue started.  I'm just trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone at Verizon that can help resolve the issue when we are not a Verizon customer.  AT&T and T-Mobile both have contact points that have allowed us to work through these kind of issues in the past.  Surely Verizon has some process for getting IP addresses removed from internal black lists?
