Both phones had logs online at Verizon showing all calls and texts plus time and minutes. All of a sudden there's nothing under either. This isn't an Imessage problem. This is a problem on Verizon's end. It only shows the amount of usage. Where's my info?
We do want you to be able to view your text, call, and data history. Let's figure out what could be going on. Are you logging in on to verizon.com on a browser? When was the last time you were able to see the information?
I've had this same issue. I did make sure the App on my phone is up to date. I made sure my phone software is up to date. I have also tried using the web browser on a desktop. Nothing is working.
