Text from 823 044 0000. WHO or what is this

On one of my phones it shows I’m getting a text message from 823 044 0000 roughly about 915 every day in the morning who or what is that

I don't know either, but StupidWebsite posted a tidbit on page 2 of the thread below on possibly finding out:

Jav6 suggested using a search engine for "short codes" and looking up the number without the zeroes here:

BTW, if you're seeing this with Messages+, that app is getting shut down in 3 months, and based upon other threads, the app is already getting strange, so I'd suggest using a different app.
