I have been trying to get information about text content and voicemails. If a subpoena is sent for text message content how far back does Verizon store the text content (not text summary). Also for voicemails how far back can those be retained through a subpoena.

Retrieving text message content is very important. I can certainly go over some details with you. Due to system restrictions, text message content only goes back 7 days. You can view the text message usage details through the online My Verizon online account going back 90 days. As for voicemails, if they are manually deleted, they cannot be recovered. I hope this helps.
