I'm having an issue with text messages failing. It's not every message. I recently signed up to have messages sent to me for tracking delivery of packages f and (as has always happened in the past) it requires a reply "yes" to activate. When i try to reply, i get a "failed" message. This has also happened with messages from other companies that I have tried to sign up for various messages from.
Any suggestions on how to allow these messages to go through? It worked in the past, so I'm thinking it must be a setting that has gotten changed somehow.
Do you have a premium or short code message block on your account? I did because I got some $20 charge for some international texting I didn't really authorize. I had to call Verizon to have that removed. Changes have since happened on the site that have caused me to be unable to find this feature on my My Verizon page.
