All of the text messages from verizon # 45177 ask me to reply regarding an order # placed on 10-28-24 . However I continue to get an error "couldnt send message" when I try to do this.

Did you place any orders on 10-28-24? Looking up that short code number on https://www.textingworld.com/short-codes/usa?search=45177 shows it belongs to Twilio, a texting service, not Verizon. If I receive suspicious short code texts from unrecognized sources, I research who the number belongs to before deciding whether to respond. They might be spam/phishing messages.
I did have a Verizon appointment to replace my box sets on 10-28-24. After calling verizon about this issue of not being able to reply to the text, they said it was a glitch in the system. Whatever,...Thank you for your reply and I will have to research this .
