I have sent numerous text messages to clients who have their service with AT & T and my messages are not being recieved by them, I can receive theirs just fine but it apprears that the messages show a suces status and the cause code is OK but why are they not being received by my clients?
Strech, text messages are important for quick communication so I understand how frustrating this can be. If your phone is showing sent and ok for messages, its not on your end. I recommend they should check with their carrier. What phone do you have? ^KH
