Text messages not showing up on Message log under Usage

I am referring to the message log in my Verizon account. When I log into the account and go to Usage, there are many text messages that are I am sending to someone in my family plan that are not showing up. Can you tell me how I can see all of the messages under Usage?  Thank you.

If you are using RCS or some other form of encryption for texting, that is considered data usage, and not texting usage.  So those texts would be in the data logs.  The texting logs will only show the older SMS/MMS format texts.

We definitely want to make sure that you're able to access your call logs whenever you need them. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, do you use RCS messaging or are you using iMessages?
