Text messages not showing up on message log

Why is text messages on one of my lines not showing up on usage on my account? I have 4 lines and only one is not showing up text messages on usage.. Some days it will show 1 I have called about this and got no results

Thanks for that info. When looking at messages, we will only be able to record text messages. Any message sent over data, such as iMessage, will not show in your usage. If you would like to review all usage, you can turn off iMessage in Settings>Apps>Messages. When keeping that info in mind, are you not seeing text message usage online that should have been recorded?
As far as previous usage, you are looking to review messages in My Verizon from previous bill cycles, correct? If so, you can view past usage by selecting the View Previous Usage link near the top of the page hre: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/myusage/#/. Does this help answer your question?

What make/model phone is having the issue? What messaging app are you using?

It's a iPhone 14 Just text message whatever comes setup on the phone iMessage... It's the only phone line on my account I have 4 that is not showing text messages on my usage when I look

Thanks for that info, mrp4656. You mentioned that you are using and iPhone and iMessage. To make sure we're on the same page, are the missing messages ones that were sent as regular text (green) as opposed to iMessage (blue)?

Both under the usage for that line v/s what the actual phone shows the text log usage doesn't show them all coming thru Some are Blue and some Green Is there a setting or something different about them on the phone

Yes the issue is only on 1 of my 4 lines All of the sent and received messages is not showing up under current use when I try to check it
