Text messages

I hate this thin q G8 android phone! It is so frickin sensitive! You barely tap a message you're reading in a text message & this menu thing comes up. Well when it came up on a very very important company text message I tried to tap off of it & I must have hit report message as spam & it is def not!! It was a frickin accident becuz of the sensitivity of this phone & no choice to reverse it! How dumb! Can someone plz tell me how to reverse this action pleasssee??! Becuz it wasn't a spam message!

Melanie63, we're sorry to read that you're having trouble with your text messages. We'd love to help you get this resolved. Once you report a message as Spam, it gets deleted and you can't get it back. Are you not able to receive messages from that number anymore?
