I have the LG Ally and the text ringtones use to work but all of a sudden stopped. Please help!

Are you referring to the text message notification ringtone that should play when a text message is received on your phone? If this is the case, open your text message application, then Menu>Settings>Notification. Make sure your sound notification is selected. If you have a third party text message application, instructions may be different, please check with third party application developer.
