Text-to-Landline Notification when I am texting a mobile phone

Same issue. It started yesterday. 
I text a phone number and says it’s a landline. 
get that new message from +90 (008) 000 42 22

I get the text messages from the number but unable to text back…

Yes I did. We were able to text back and forth without problems or notices.

I have the same problem.  4 years of texting back and forth and then  I start getting this message every time I respond to a text.  This started Monday, November 8, 2021. Help!

Yes,  the message is as follows:

+1713-xxx-xxxx is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as voice messages for 0.25/msg.+ std msg fee. Details @ vtext.com, TexttoLandline

This is not a land line and I was previously able to both initiate and respond to texts from the number prior to the first error message on November 8, 2021.  I will not post the number here but will send it via DM if requested.
