We have a small web script that tells our customers that the reservation has been confirmed. For some reason only one of 3 emails seems to send the text to the verizon customer.

All to the same phone number. The domain 1 works and the phone receives the text fine. Domain2 and domain3 says it sends but the phone never receives the message. All three domains are on the same IP. They also don't work sending to vtext.com either.
Does verizon have a check to see why these domains might not be able to send text messages? We really need to get this working since it is customer's reservation confirmation and it is important to their trips. We only send an average of 50 per day.
As a consumer myself, I realize that being able to send/receive reservation confirmations and all text messages is crucial. We want to make sure that we have all the details to resolve this as efficiently as possible. When did this first start? When you said “all the same phone number,” can you clarify in more detail what you meant (only one number cannot receive, etc.)? Is this happening with multiple Verizon customers/phone numbers?
