Since November, I have not been able to send a text to an email address. My message + is up to date and the email address has not been blocked. I have not had a problem until recently now I get a bounce back from vzpix. Why is this happening?
That is a long time to have been experiencing issues with texting to an email address, 3Sparks. We're here to help. Does this happen regardless of the email address where you try to send a message? What is the specific error message you're receiving when you get the bounce back? Have you tried to reach the email administrator to see if threre is anything that changed to prevent text messages to be received to the email address?
