Lots of people are reporting this happening. Do you have the Messages+ syncing with your computer, or a tablet that may also have updated automatically, and it's re-syncing? Just a guess - the app updated on my phone and my husband's but we have not gotten any texts like this, so far.

However, we want to make sure that your account is secure. Have you been able to log into your My Verizon Account? Have you received any other messages since this text?
