I have the unlimited verizon to verizon with 500 minutes to non verizon text plan. If i am texting a person with verizon prepaid phone does it deduct from my 500 minutes or is that considered verizon to verizon?

Use this tool to check the number(s) in question. If they come up as IN NETWORK, then it will count as M2M.
