I know this question has been pondering around but I would like to make sure. My situation:
It's been a couple of days but I've been texting a person in Canada like crazy. It just hit me that I might blast my bills if my plan didn't cover texting to Canada. I have unlimited text messaging. Also just checked "My Current Uses" and I'm pretty sure it's hitting the M2M section (they have a Omnia II).
Would this cost me anything?
Is this counting towards my M2M messages or my regular messages?
The reason behind this question is because I would like to switch over to limited texting since I have friends who mostly use Verizon.

Plug their phone number in to this : Use this tool If it comes up as IN NETWORK, then it will count as M2M.

Hello,
Sorry I'm not sure if this question was answered, or if this is what the first poster meant, but I think I have a similar question.
A friend of mine just moved to Canada, but he still has/uses the same phone/number from when he was still here in California, how do charges apply for both of us?

If you both have Verizon Wireless, it will be a mobile to mobile call on your end. Your friend will be charged .69/minute if they are not on the nationwide plus Canada plan. Click here for more information on international roaming http://b2b.vzw.com/international/Roaming/North_America/Canada.html
