Over the last couple of weeks, I cannot access messages via the webpage from my workplace. I get the following message:
The request has been refused or access is not allowed. This only started happening recently. I can access them from home using both my phone and the windows 10 application. Unfortunately, I cannot install the windows application at my workplace, so must use the webpage for access. I see that this has been reported a number of times, but no resolution was posted.
Bradrathome, we definitely understand how crucial it is to keep in contact with everyone, especially while working. It is possible that there have been updates and restrictions from the computer you are accessing. It would be best to reach out to your employer to make sure there hasn't been any security updates to restrict you from being able to access this at work. Please let us know what happens.
