There are messages to/from a number "000-002-2333"

Does anyone know what this may be?  The number appears on my son's bill as "000-002-2333" with texts to and from, but the time stamp is about an hour off (checked messages online at 8:00, and it's saying the messages were sent/received at 9:05 and 9:18...we are in the same time zone).  Thank you!

Looks like a shortcode used to confirm subscriptions (premium messaging services) or to send and receive messages (Facebook, Twitter, etc...) can also be from companies (Google, Verizon, Microsoft) to send verification codes to access 2-step authentication screens.
