After removing the update yesterday learned that I no longer received texts from Message users with the update. Most importantly, no texts from my wife or kids. Made for a very confusing 24 hours.
Installed the update this morning, as much as I hate it, to ensure getting their texts. There is a new update. Not sure all the changes but there is now a "skip" option when it asks for profile information.
Version 6.4.3 was the one released today; haven't seen any posts yet regarding whether it's resolved the reported issues or not.
I'm not seeing 6.4.3 in the app store yet - I have 6.4.2. Rolling out in stages?
NM, it just popped up, installing now. Will report later...
