Trouble With Verizon Message+ Syncing Across Devices

Hi everyone,
I have been using Verizon Message+ for some time, reading and responding to message across my phone, tablet, and desktop. Recently, I have been experiencing some issues with syncing between devices. Specifically when I send a message from the desktop version, the message will not reflect on the mobile device version (and vice versa). It use to work perfect but now it is taking a lot longer or just missing. I have tried logging out and back in, and also clearing the application cache to remedy the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue recently? Is this a known fix? Or a setting I forgot to change? I use this feature frequently, with work communication, so I would like to get this repaired. Also, if any of you Verizon support people are in, does this happen to link to updates or troubles with account sync on your end?

Messages+ has been retired, so I'm surprised you're getting any functionality at all.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
