We use Twilio to submit MMS messages, and they are intermittently delayed. This afternoon, for example, an MMS message to 3 staff members was submitted to Verizon at 22:31 UTC but was not transmitted to staff for 48 minutes.
We are paying for timely messaging. What's the problem?
I can understand your concern with your text picture messages being delayed. Especially by 48 minutes. I would wonder the same thing myself. I want to make sure that we get to the root cause of the matter.
