UNDER THE MESSAGE USAGE SCREEN I CANNOT VIEW VERIZON TO VERIZON TEXTS

When I try to view my text messages under the view usage screen. I cannot view verizon to verizon text messages

I love being able to tell where my usage is at for the month. It allows me to keep an eye on my kids and making sure they are behaving. Are the devices you are wanting to see messages from iPhones? If so, they will not be registered as messages as they do use iMessages instead. Have you ever been able to view Verizon to Verizon Messages? What error message do you see there?
