We are having issues alerting our IT staff's Verizon cell phones via email to text. For years, we have used our mail server to alert the staff by sending <verizon_number>@vtext.com. But now, our email server's IP appears to be blocked. What can we do to get these emails flowing again? We have missed a couple of important events because staff did not receive the proper alerts.
The message in our email server logs looks like this:
Result: failed, Status: 5.3.2 552 5.2.0 <redacted> blocked AUP#BL, Remote-Host: vrz-sms.mx.a.cloudfilter.net
Thank you in advance!

Vtext and VZPix are no longer supported. While there are still some users getting some functionality out of these apps, I'd read a post some time ago from a Verizon rep saying that the filters for Vtext are gradually being tightened to where eventually nothing will work via Vtext. There were huge discussions around 1.5 years ago when the announcement was first made about Vtext going away from people who wanted to keep using the app, but it's obviously a business decision.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
