I have a basic voice mail account and am trying to forward a voice message to my home (COMCAST) voice mail. After the message plays I press 0, then 6, then # and the number I want to forward to, then # again and then *. It acts like the action went through, but a few minutes later I receive a message saying that it failed due to "technical difficulties". Any idea what the problem may be? Are you not able to foward messages on the basic voice mail service?
I think you can only forward voicemail messages to another Verizon cell phone....
