Hello, jamesspam, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with the Message+ app. So we can best assist, can you let us know what type of device you've downloaded the app on? You mentioned that you are unable to generate a PIN. Did the app say it generated a PIN, but you haven't received it?
