I uninstalled the app as it wasn't working correctly and now I have exactly the same issues. I am in the U.S. One installation tells me the Verizon server is unavailable and the other states that the app I get from the app store is outdated. I'm beyond frustrated and wish I hadn't uninstalled the old app
