Unable to receive SafePass text msgs from Bank Of America

Am having the same problem, ported a number from my magic jack phone and now do not receive any google text codes and I have 4 gmail accounts that I want the number to send notifications, I am not sure what else I am not receiving, Have spent hours on the phone, have done all of the troubleshooting and now even just purchased the Note 3 and hoped the phone change would help. It does not, I ported on the 22nd of November and it is December 9 and still no google short codes.
