Unable to receive text messages from Czech Republic

Hi,

   I wanted to know how come I can send text messages to the Czech Republic but cannot receive from there.  On Verizon's website it does show the cost of send and receive from that country.  Can someone assist on this issue?

Hello,

It appears that text messaging is not support for the Czech Republic. Although your device is showing that the text message was sent successfully, it is possible that the recipient didn't receive it.  Keep in mind, messaging is not available to all countries or carriers.
