I have a Galaxy Note 8 and have tried all of the processes in this thread to keep from getting this error message (Error Code: Addr.Vcnt.). I am using the messages app. I even had my Husband's phone text the same number with the same application on his Galaxy 10, and it went through with no issues. Can you help get this issue resolved. This text is to get info on the covid vaccine for my local county. any help is appreciated.

I have the same error "ADDR VCNT" clearing the cache from the message application didn't help. Resetting the network settings didn't work.
