I have the same problem with my LG Ally. I was told this is due to the recent software upgrade. The has went on several days and no answers. When will this be corrected? I am paying for a service I don't receive.
Just spoke w/Verizon, this is a motorola problem and they are aware. Suppose to be sending update sometime this month..... I know this does not help but as of now just waiting for update from Motorola.
