Over the last couple weeks I have only been able to send/receive texts from one person every 4th or 5th day. I am getting texts from other people just fine. any help would be greatly appreciated! they are not on my blocked list, so what else could it be?
Hello Durbinite! I can certainly assist you with your text messaging issue, I'll just need some more details. What happens when you aren't able to send/receive messages from that person? Do you get any error messages, do they? Do you have their full 10 digit mobile number saved in your phone? Are they a VZW customer, or what carrier? Does this only happen in certain areas? Please advise.
