When trying to send a message off thru website, I get the invalid destination address error. I've tried the 10 digit number (no dashes), created a address book entry, left call back and from blank also (and with numbers and address book entry), and I keep getting the invalid address error. I believe the destination phone is either on ATT or Sprint and not verizon, but can easily send text message no problem via phone.
Haven't used online in a long time, but don't you need to add an @somewhere.idk, if it's not a Verizon number?
Here is a list of SMS for the different carriers. You can just send it straight from your email. I send to someone on AT&T this way all the time and it works fine. Mary
