Unlock SIM card.

I purchased a new iPhone 11 in February of 2019 at a Verizon reseller and not the company store. Now I find the phone is still locked and Verizon tech support is either unable or unwilling to unlock it. I’ve been a customer for 37 years, yes an original Bell Atlantic customer. I want to give the phone to our daughter but it’s of no use with a locked SIM. I am at my wits end and feel terribly upset that I am being treated like this. I paid cash for the phone back in 2019.

The Verizon rep assured me they would get this matter resolved. It has not been resolved.
