When I first subscribed to usage controls, I was able to set times that my daughter could not use the texting capability of the phone. In other words, I could restrict when she could and couldn't text without effecting the voice portion of the phone. This was extremely helpful when she was on restriction and I could block all texting 24 X 7.
Now when I go to Usage Control, it looks like I can only restrict the entire phone.
Has this changed?

The Verizon Customer service # is 800-922-0204 or *611 from your VZW handset.
