Why cant your usage back past 30 days
lawaters14, call history is available for up to 18 months online. Messaging history is available for up to 90-days (as more messages are used per month than calls and therefore takes much more server space to store) as shown here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/text-messaging-faqs/#message-usage. Customers have always had the option of saving the usage details from My Verizon onto their computer or phone if needing call, messaging or data usage details past the time frame that detail stores in My Verizon.
