Our company has been using the SMS gateway via [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] successfully for 2 years to communicate from an automated system to members of our IT staff. The volume can be up to 40-50 messages per day total. Is there an acceptable use policy anywhere? I can't find one. We use this ONLY for our internal staff. We have some staff using their personal accounts and get a company stipend while others are part of the corporate account with several hundred lines. The process stopped working last week.
Upon testing the service, I see the following error:
