VText blocked due to AUP#POL

I forward certain emails to my vtext address (my personal cell number) so they show up as a text message. This helps alert me to emails I need to look at immediately. For context, I've been using this service for many years and it's been working well enough. But as of 4/9, I've been getting "Message Blocked" notifications with the reason "552 5.2.0 rejected AUP#POL". I'm not sure what this means, but I'd like help with unblocking these messages.
I tried sending "status" to 4040, it said email-to-text messages were allowed. I also sent "on" to 4040 just to be sure, but that didn't seem to change anything.
I see in another thread there are business use cases, and those people are being directed towards something called EMAG, but I am not using this for business purposes and don't have a business account.

I have the same problem, and it is severely limiting my efficiency. I had been able to do this regularly until the past few weeks. Why would Verizon suddenly and arbitrarily block my email-to-texts? It is an important function.
Can you please make the fix clear to me also?

Vtext and VzwPix are no longer supported. A few people have been getting some limited functionality, but the last rumor I'd heard several months ago was "the filters are gradually being tightened so eventually nothing will work". If you have a business account with Verizon, there is something new called EMAG to use. However, someone posted that EMAG wasn't quite the same thing. So you may have to search for a 3rd party app to do email to text?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thanks, SynthpopAddict.
This after lazily killing off the Verizon messages app. Sounds increasingly like Verizon's looking to become a connector and nothing more.
Getting pretty sparse here in the walled garden. I may have to wander out soon.
