Verification texts not received when viewing on-line.

I work in a building where I can't take my phone, so during the day I view my texts on-line.  When another site wants to send a verification  code for security check to my phone via text message, the text does not show up.  When I get back to my phone the text message is on the phone, it just doesn't show on-line.

We definitely want you to be able to receive your messages, and I'm here to help. Tell me, when did this issue begin? Are you using the Verizon network while you're at work, or are you connected to WiFi?
