Hello. As of this morning, my Verizon messaging app will open and crash. I was using it just fine on my IPAD PRO last night. Have not downloaded any other apps. Checked all my settings and no changes have occurred. I even re-installed the app and it again opens and crashes. I use this app for work. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue.

They have been having problems with this app since a few updates back.I think they are working on this problem and should have either a patch or a new update for this app soon. I really think they need to go back to the drawing board on this app and the verizon up app.

We are sorry to hear that your device is not working with the My Verizon application. Have you tried removing the application and installing it back on to your phone? What happens when trying to access the application?

Same exact problem here. App was working fine on my iPad last night, this morning it crashes whenever I open it.

I agree this needs to be turned around. You’ve certainly taken enough time already on this, EVENTARTISAN. When does the app crash? After it's reinstalled, are you able to complete the registration in step 13 here?
Is there an error message that comes up when it crashes?
