We are a small rural 911 center that uses automated email to SMS for some of our first responders. Verizon has recently started blocking our messages, we are receiving soft bounce back notification from Verizon.
We aren't sending a huge amount; in the last 30 days we have sent 472 messages to Verizon subscribers (approx 10,000/month for all carriers). We have been doing this for well over a decade at least, with no issues with a carrier blocking all our messages.
We are using SMTP2Go for our forwarding, and our email domain for the sending address.
Is there a way to request that Verizon unblock that specific email?
