I just read that Verizon Message+ will be discontinued early summer 2024. I find this very upsetting. Can anyone tell me why?
I'm already perturbed that there are less Smartphone choices than before unless I "Bring My Own Device" What's that about? AAAAND, my plan is no longer supported. I have to upgrade my plan which is not better for me and cost more.
I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and I am feeling like a second class citizen. Paying more and getting LESS of what I really need.
