Verizon Messages Desktop App does not sync to phone

Hello,

  I recently started using the verizon messages app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Samsung Tab S2, and the desktop app and like it.  The one issue I am having it when I send a message from the desktop app the sent portion of the message does not sync to my phone or tablet, I can only see them on the desktop app.

Hi RGELSER

Please review this PC User Guide to make sure that you are using the correct PC App version for your Windows OS.

PC - Use Messages+ on your desktop PC

If you are NOT, please follow the steps on the User Guide to install the correct app version.

If you ARE, please disconnect the PC app from your phone and re attach it to get a new PIN and start fresh.

DISCONNECT APP FROM PHONE:

On Phone app, go to Main Menu

>Settings

>Manage Devices

>Select 'disconnect' next to the PC in the list of connected devices.

Then,

Return to the PC

Open the app

Select 'Get Started' to have a new PIN sent to you to do a fresh connection.

If the issue continues, after the above steps have been exercised, please let me know.

I followed the above instructions: Verify version of Verizon Messages (desktop) is up to date. Disconnect the desktop device. Reconnect and sync the desktop device. Still having the same issue. My messages can be sent from VM desktop app, but no received. Messages I send from my CM desktop are seen by the recipient, but do not sync to my phone app (Message+). Messages I send from my phone app are seen by the recipient, but do not sync to my desktop. Messages sent by others to me are only visibile on the phone app, not desktop. Help please.
